Do you like chewy gooey dark chocolate truffles? Are you looking for ketogenic alternatives for chocolates? If you answered “yes” to both of these questions, these almond butter keto truffles are perfect solution for you. Or if you’re not into sugar sweet chocolates and you rather like more bitter-sweet flavours, these truffles will also be great for you.
Delicious and full of flavour creamy mushroom soup recently become one of our favourite. I add hearty beef bone broth and my secret ingredient 🍄 If you'd like to try my recipe click on the link in my bio.
Polenta and cheddar muffins recipe you can find today on my blog. They are not keto for sure, but they are gluten free and in compare to regular flour contains less carbs 😉
There are Winter days when the snow looks best when you look at it through the window on the sofa, under the blanket, with a mug of hot soup. This Saturday was one of these days, even though it was quite sunny, when I heard the wind blowing outside the only thing I wanted was to grab a blanket, fluffy pillow and wait until Spring comes. In combination with Saturday slack, only lazy broccoli cream can come out of it. Simply put everything in a pot, cook for a while it and blend. And suddenly after a portion of hot broccoli cream you seem to feel more vigorous, maybe enough to have a walk?
When I saw that recipe couple weeks ago on Jamie Oliver’s youtube channel, the idea of this casserole was all the time on the back of my head. So finally I decided to try it. Exactly like Jamie said: it’s quick and easy to make and have a look at the effect – it looks great!
As I mentioned many times, I’m not a fan of omelettes. Crispy fried egg is not the taste I like. But I like experiments, so if you say: lets make an omelette with apple cider vinegar, I will definitely go for it! My curiosity is greater than my distaste for omelettes.
